How do I pay, and is it secure?

You book through our secure system, with card payment handled by Stripe. Your card is only charged once we've confirmed your dates - never before.

What's the cancellation policy?

Our rates are non-refundable, so please be sure of your dates before you book.

Who will I be dealing with?

Us, the owners. We've hosted on the Atlantic Seaboard for eleven years, we confirm every booking ourselves, and we reply within 24 hours - usually much faster.

When can I check in?

From 3pm, and out by 10am. Self check-in, with directions sent before you arrive.

Is there parking?

Yes - free, secure parking at both homes.
